Solicitation Document Description: This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Hydrogeological Services for Upper and Lower Riverwood Sites, Sunrise Landfills, and Slope Inspection and Monitoring for Brimley South Landfill, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables)
Specific Conditions for Procurement: Mandatory Meeting
.1        Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meeting will take place at 9:30 A.M. local time on December 11, 2025 at 15 Brimley Road South, Scarborough, Ontario M1M 1C1. Meetings will not be available at any other times.
.2        Suppliers, shall advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information:
.1        Name(s) of attendees
.2        Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the optional pre bid Meeting.

.3        Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered.
.4 Suppliers must bring and wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, reflective clothing and safety boots during the optional site visits.
.5 A record of questions and answers as deemed relevant from the site visits will be distributed in the form of an Addendum and posted on the City's online call document system. The City reserves the right not to answer questions at the site visits but will answer questions that arise at the site visits as part of an Addendum.
