Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Puerto Rico Army National Guard Facilities, as defined in this PWS.

Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on the lowest acceptable price that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation. This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items.
