Pressure Washing Services (SBE Set-Aside)

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) is seeking competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors with a proven and documented track record of providing pressure washing services for various buildings, at several locations throughout Hillsborough County.. The estimated project budget is $105,380.00.
SBE SET-ASIDE: This is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Set-Aside Contract that is subject to the policies and procedures governing the County’s SBE Program. Accordingly, the County will only accept bids from bidders who are registered with the County’s MBE Division as a Hillsborough County SBE as of the date and time when bids are due. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be held at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 28, 2025, at South County Transfer Station, 13000 US Highway 41, Gibsonton, Florida 33534. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. The purpose of the site visit is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to view one (1) of the sites and see an example of the types of surfaces that will be required to be cleaned.
