Project Description: Hillsborough County Conservation and Environmental Lands Management (CLEM) seeks qualified Contractor to provide and deliver 2-string high-quality Alfalfa and Orchardgrass/Alfalfa (O&A) horse hay to the Hillsborough County Bakas Equestrian Center.
