Request for Qualifications for Monroe Greenway Design: 21st Avenue to Oak Street

Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced businesses or individuals for design of the Monroe Street Neighborhood Greenway, including ADA upgrades, between SE 21st Avenue and SE Oak Street, and construction services support for the designed section as well as crossing maintenance for railroad crossings at SE Oak Street and SE 37th Avenue designed by others. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency.

Proposals will be submitted electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
