This notice shall serve as the official Notice of Intent to Award for the above referenced project.
The District intends to award the subject bid to EverDriven Technologies, LLC based on the Grand
Total listed in the Bid.
This Notice of Intent to Award does not constitute a binding contract. The award will be finalized
upon execution of the contract documents and fulfillment of all required documents.
