THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR MATOC POOL W911WN-23-D0001 through W911WN-23-D-0007 to provide varying types of Fabrication of parts and Refurbishment Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Mission Boundaries primarily for Civil projects.We request you submit a price proposal to fabricate, test, paint, and deliver two (2) Culvert Valves to McAlpine Locks and Dam in Louisville, KY in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications in this letter. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting a proposal. The basis for award of this task order is lowest price. Please complete the price breakout schedule. A firm-fixed-price task order will be issued to the successful offeror based on lowest price, without discussions. Offerors shall allow for Government acceptance of proposals for 60 calendar days from the date proposals are due. Any proposal that does not allow acceptance for 60 days will not be considered and will be rejected. Please submit your proposal no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on 18 September 2025; however, proposals submitted prior to this date will be accepted. You shall return your proposal via email to Alyson Klinglesmith at alyson.m.klinglesmith@usace.army.mil. Proposals not received by the stated date/time will not be considered. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted via ProjNet. The website to access this system is www.projnet.org and the bidder inquiry key for this specific project is: (J579MX-6AQ9RP). Deadline for all questions via ProjNet will be 12 September 2025 with all questions answered by 15 September 2025. If an Offeror believes that the requirements in the RFP contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound; the offeror shall immediately notify the Contract Specialist in writing with supporting rationale. The Offeror is reminded that the Government reserves the right to award this RFP based on the initial proposals, as received, without discussion. The technical points of contactlisted in the specifications are NOT to be contacted for any reason until after award of the proposed task order.
