BID #2025-02 Vista Park Reconstruction

Project Description: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, PA 18104. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for a bid to be considered.
Immediately following the pre-bid meeting, a mandatory pre-bid site visit shall take place at 5320 Clauser Road, Orefield, PA 18069. Attendance at the pre-bid site visit is mandatory for a bid to be considered.
Sealed online bids shall be submitted via the PennBid Program until 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2025
On April 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive sealed bids online and will be publicly opened.
Copies of the bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed and obtained online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted.
This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents.
South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
