Replacement of High-Tension Switchgear at Baltic and Avenue C Substations

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: Renewal of the High-Tension Switchgears at Avenue C substation and the Baltic Avenue substation that provide power to the IND Culver Line in Brooklyn, which includes; Replacement of existing High-Tension Switchgear, High-Tension cabling, and associated equipment including auxiliary switchgear, CTB, VLRA batteries, control cable, buses, and battery distribution panels with new High-Tension Switchgear, High-Tension cabling, and associated equipment. Installation of property line manholes boxes (“PBL”) and fiberglass ducts for new and existing Cabling; and associated work including electrical wiring, architectural and structural work, mechanical (HVAC and plumbing), instrumentation and control, and SCADA. This is an A + B Bidding Contract.
