REQUEST FOR PRPOPOSAL AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. RFP-00081 LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
ON-SITE MEETING AGENDA
The site inspection for listed locations are the most representative of site locations;
however, it is the bidder's responsibility to become familiar with all sites to provide a proper
bid response. Any questions regarding these sites should be directed in writing to the buyer
listed in this RFP document. To coordinate a more e(cid:431)icient site inspection, it is requested
that each bidder limit the number of representatives attending to two (2) individuals, and
expect to spend approximately 2-4 hours for the site visits. A sign in sheet will be provided,
and attendance will be taken at each site location. It is strongly recommended that bidders
attend all site visits in order to e(cid:431)ectively participate in this bidding RFP. Prospective
bidders assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release
City from liability therefore.
On-Site visits are scheduled for April 13, 2026 - April16, 2026, beginning promptly at 8:00
A.M. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in. Immediately following the
locations will be visited in the order below for each day:
