2025 Collection, Transport and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling Material

Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Easttown Township Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids for the Collection, Transport, and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling Materials for Easttown Township (hereinafter the “Township”).
All bids must be submitted online at www.pennbid.net. Registration on PennBid is free. Bid instructions and specifications will be uploaded and available for review on or around March 20, 2025. All documents, bid bonds, affidavits and other information accompanying the bids shall be uploaded to the PennBid website. Bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM (prevailing local time) on April 17, 2025, at which time the bidding will be closed. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the “initial term” of the Contract (as defined in Section 2.1) must accompany all bids.
All questions for the Township shall be asked via the PennBid website. Questions shall not be answered if received after 11:00 AM (prevailing local time) on April 11, 2025.
Bids received will be revealed at the conclusion of the bidding period on the PennBid website. THE TOWNSHIP WILL CONSIDER AND ACT UPON THE CONTRACT AT A REGULAR TOWNSHIP MEETING AT THE TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING LOCATED AT 566 BEAUMONT ROAD, DEVON, PENNSYLVANIA on April 21, 2025 (7:00 PM prevailing local time) or at a subsequent Township meeting. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the Township.
