Description

Description - Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for replacing two each condensing units and associated evaporator units. This will include piping, electrical connections, thermostat, silfos, refrigerant, and nitrogen. This will include the removal of the old refrigerant. The new and existing line sets will be cleaned and leak tested. Test and recharge the system with new refrigerant and ensure proper operation. Disposal of all old equipment, refrigerant, piping, etc.





This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.





Solicitation number 12445526Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the East Zone tree cooler AC replacement





This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.





The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air‑Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00.
