Fire Suppression Services

Stony Brook University is seeking qualified vendors to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform in accordance with the bid specification, manufacturers O&M manuals and technical bulletins for the repair/maintenance and/or replacement in kind and testing of all Fire Suppression Systems, including but not limited to, Sprinkler Systems (wet, dry, pre-action, and anti-freeze); Fire Pumps and Standpipes (wet and dry), on a time and materials basis to all locations owned, operated, or maintained by the campus of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY 11794. Services delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook Proposal 24/25MC-033.
There will be a one-time Mandatory Bidders Conference on October 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM (SHARP) via Zoom. This is a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in rejection of your proposal.
