Request for Proposals (RFP) # AVDC-2526, "Alternative Vehicle Driver Contractors for Student Transportation Services"

The Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide Coach Bus transportation services for CCPS students, staff and/or chaperones for specific trips within and/or out of the county and/or State of Maryland locations, including some overnight trips, out-of-county destinations, field trips and athletic events, on an "as needed basis" .

The resulting contract shall be valid for one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. CCPS reserves the right to cancel the ITB, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one bidder.
