Synopsis:

This procurement covers the full lifecycle of audio-visual hardware, integration services, and long-term support for ShareIT members, including K–12 school divisions, post-secondary institutions, and municipalities across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The scope includes:

AV Hardware: A broad catalog of commercial-grade AV technologies such as control processors, displays (interactive and standard), projectors, audio reinforcement systems, microphones, cameras, AV-over-IP infrastructure, digital signage, collaboration tools, and assistive technologies.
Professional Services: AV system design, technical installation and commissioning, control system programming, digital signage setup, project management, and end-user training.
Ongoing Support: SLA-backed maintenance, warranty coordination, scalable support models for rural and urban members, and member-specific procurement and billing workflows.
Compliance & Standards: Proponents must demonstrate adherence to industry-recognized AV installation and design standards (e.g., AVIXA, ANSI/INFOCOMM, CSA, TIA), as well as applicable institutional or provincial requirements.
