The Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the exclusive use of Four (4) Single Engine Water Scooper (SEWS) aircraft (Type 4) that are Interagency carded and approved, fully operated by qualified and proficient personnel, and meeting the requirements of this RFP. Contractor services include provision of aircraft, personnel, and all other associated equipment.
