Management Assistance Research and Sciences (MARS) Bridge for continued provision of highly specialized A&AS

The requirement is currently being satisfied by the existing GSA MAC, One Acquisition Solution Integrated Services (OASIS) MARS Task Order, FA9453-19-F-0002. The MARS task order was competitievely solicited in which fair opportunity was provided to all active vendors within OASIS Pool 1. The objective of the MARS effort was to obtain (A&AS) encompassing scientific, technical, and organizational development/business strategic planning expertise to support organizational policy development and implementation advice, decision making, management and consulting support services for Research and Development (R&D) activities and Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and provide professional engineering and technical advisory and consulting services for research and development efforts. The purpose of the bridge is to ensure continued highly specialized A&AS until such a time that the competitive follow-on award to MARS can be successfully competed.
