Project Description: This project includes the removal of existing theater seating and flooring, followed by the installation of new seating, flooring, base, and paint. In the PE areas, existing lockers will be removed and replaced with new lockers installed along the room perimeter, accompanied by wall repainting. Existing carpet flooring will be removed and replaced with new flooring and base. Existing interior and exterior painted surfaces will be repainted.
