Summary

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the removal of certain accumulated material (the “Project”). The material, consisting of sediment, refuse, grit, sewage, and other debris (the “Accumulated Material" or the "Material") has built up in the City’s Hampton-McCloy Tunnel (the “Location”).

The City requires services that include dewatering, cleaning, removing, and disposing of the Accumulated Material (the “Work”). The specific requirements of the Work are provided in the Scope of Work below and are further detailed in the attached Drawings and Technical Specifications.
