The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections - Adult Parole Authority Dayton Region is looking to purchase (1) new cubicle for the Lebanon Office located at 320 East Silver Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. The estimated size is 8 X*8 ’ . There are no CAD drawings available for th is location , so a site visit will be necessary. The cubicle must me the same make and model as the cubicles on-site. The supplier must guarantee the delivery of all the cubicles by 6/30/26 .

Specification requirements include:

The a gency requests quotes for parts only. Labor and installation will be solicited on another date.
