Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Disaster Management and Recovery Consultants.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is:
1. Any Vendor that achieves a combined total score of at least 70% of all available points will be eligible for a statewide cooperative contract.
2. There are 700 technical points and 300 cost points available.
3. Vendors must attain a minimum of 70% in technical criteria points, which is equivalent to 490 points, to advance to the Cost Evaluation stage.
4. In the Cost Evaluation stage, the points assigned to each Vendor's cost proposal will be determined based on the most competitive average hourly rate.
5. The Vendor with the most competitive average hourly rate will receive 100% of the price points.
6. All other Vendors will receive a portion of the total cost points, calculated by their proposed average hourly rate and the most competitive average hourly rate proposal.
7. The formula for computing cost points is: Cost Points x (Most Competitive average hourly rate/Proposed average hourly rate).
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee: 0%.
