The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), a component of the U.S. Department of Justice, is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify capable vendors who can provide a secure, cloud-based, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Learning Management System (LMS). The purpose of this system shall be to support and modernize the Bureau’s inmate education programs, reentry preparation efforts, and staff training and development functions.
