will be received by the Owner at the office of the Mayor, at Monticello City Hall, 203 W. Gaines, Monticello, Arkansas 71657 until 2:00 p.m. on _May 15, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
Lemons Engineering Consultants, Inc., 204 Cherry Street, Cabot, AR 72023.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Lemons Engineering Consultants, Inc. located at 204 Cherry Street, Cabot, AR 72023 upon payment of $250.00 for each set. Please email eburke@lemonsengineering.com or call (501) 605-7665 to purchase.
The City of Monticello hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
