ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Mallard Point Waterline Installation Project will be received by The City of Lonoke at the Lonoke Mayor’s Office, 107 W Second St., Lonoke, AR 72086 until 10:00 AM local time on May 1, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing a 12” PVC watermain and appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205.
The Issuing Office representative during bidding for this project is Brad Wingfield, 501-221-7122. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

by viewing the project from the current bids link. All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of PMI located at 3512 South Shackleford Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 upon payment of $150 for each set.
Any Bidder, upon returning the Contract Documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the Contract Documents will be refunded $150.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
