26-0003 Sludge Holding Tank Rehab Project

The North Charleston Sewer District is accepting Bids from qualified licensed Contractors to perform the necessary construction and rehabilitation of the interior walls of two (2), thirty-eight (38) foot in diameter, blended sludge storage tanks (BSST) at the WWTP located at 1000 Herbert Street, North Charleston, SC 29405. This work will include the removal of dirt, loose concrete, and contaminates from the walls. Application of either Polymer Resin-Based Linings, Geopolymer Linings, or Polyurea/Polyurethane Combination Linings will adhere to applicable ASTM standards respectively. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled at 10:00 AM local time on November 13th, 2025, at the Felix C. Davis WWTP located at 1000 Herbert Street, North Charleston, SC 29405. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM local time, December 10th, 2025, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the NCSD Administrative Offices, 7225 Stall Road, North Charleston. All documents related to this project may be obtained here . North Charleston Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
