NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Peachtree City Airport Authority will receive bids for the Air Traffic Control Tower project at
the Atlanta Regional Airport-Falcon Field. All bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July
14th, 2026, at the Atlanta Regional Airport - Falcon Field, Airport Terminal Building, 7 Falcon Drive,
Peachtree City, GA 30269. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 14th , 2026, in the Atlanta Regional Airport -
Falcon Field, Airport Terminal Building, 7 Falcon Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
The work is generally described as follows:
The Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary
for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) building, including associated
demolition, site grading, and drainage improvements; installation of utilities; construction of
bituminous driveway and parking lot pavement; installation of concrete sidewalks;
implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures; and installation of
pavement markings. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications,
and applicable local, state, and FAA requirements.
A non-mandatory but recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June
25th, 2026, in the conference room at Atlanta Regional Airport - Falcon Field, Airport Terminal
Building, 7 Falcon Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend
the Pre-Bid Conference.
Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Contract security in the
form of 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds will be required.
No bid may be withdrawn after the time scheduled for opening of bids and for a period of One
Hundred Twenty (120) days beyond.

This project will be funded under provision of the Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity Act of

By submitting a bid under this solicitation, except for those items listed by the bidder on a separate
and clearly identified attachment to its bid, the bidder certifies that steel and each manufactured
product is produced in the United States (as defined in the clause Buy American - Steel and
Manufactured Products For Construction Contracts) and that components of unknown origin are
considered to have been produced or manufactured outside the United States. Bidders may obtain
from Michael Baker International lists of articles, materials, and supplies excepted from this
provision.
The Peachtree City Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in
the bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for any
of the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interests.
