Pre-Advertisement Notice for Design Build William Walker Aquatic Center

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), will shortly undergo a Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) Process seeking a qualified Design Build Firm to design, permit and construct an aquatic facility capable of supporting community programming, lap swimming, recreational water activities and ADA accessible aquatic amenities. Interested vendors must demonstrate technical competence, relevant aquatic facility experience, key personnel qualifications, design methodology, and project schedule. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will be responsible for the successful delivery of a full functional aquatic center designed and constructed in accordance with the City design criteria, regulatory standards including aquatic facility and supporting amenities that promotes community recreation and long-term facility.
