Synopsis
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Offerors) to provide Introductory Supervisory Training Services to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period for the performance of the services described in this RFP is from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with three (3) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will only receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS. MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
