This is a non-personal services contract to provide Service and Maintenance for the ICIDS alarm system. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Service and Maintenance for the ICIDS alarm system as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Perform inspections, maintenance, routine testing, installation, and repair/emergency repair on the ICIDS Automated Entry Control systems (AECS) and ICIDS Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS, to include head-end equipment in Building 6619 and all associated equipment necessary to support various facilities at Fort Meade as identified in technical exhibit 4 within this PWS. The Contractor shall be responsible for accomplishing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and installation of above listed equipment and assist in the daily system administration of the ICIDS installed at Fort Meade, MD.
