This contract opportunity is updated to incorporate Solicitation Amendment 3. The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment (Amendment 3) is to:

a. Remove FAR 52.223-23 and incorporate FAR 52.223-23, Sustainable Products and Services (Dev) IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0004 Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability.

b. Update paragrah (t) in FAR 52.212-3 Alt I and FAR 52.212-5 paragraph (b)(46) IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0004.

c. Replace IRB Member Consultant with IRB Human Use Activity SME, and replace Cadaver Use Activity Consultant w ith Cadaver Use Activity SME via a Revised PWS, Revisions to CLIN Descriptions, Revisions to FAR 52.212-1 Addendum to Instructions to Offerors (Additional Instructions), and Revisions to Solicitation Attachment 1 Pricing Sheet.
