Notice is hereby given that the town of Bedford will receive sealed bid proposals for refuse removal from all Town of Bedford Facilities/Locations listed on the bid proposal form, for a period of two years (01/01/2026 to 12/31/2027). Bids will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills N.Y. 10507, until 2:30 PM on November 18, 2025 and immediately thereafter, the proposals will be publicly

opened and read aloud. Proposals shall be made only on the Proposal Forms, which are obtainable at the Town Clerks office. Contractors must have a 2025 Westchester County Refuse License to be eligible to submit a bid proposal.
