Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Charter Academies (UCA)
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: General Contracting services and all materials necessary to complete a building expansion at our Salem campus. This project will have a compressed timeframe and all work will need to be completed no later than August 15, 2025.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 8 months beginning in March of 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 6 months.
