17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing an All-in-One Cascade System with installation in accordance with the indicated salient characteristics and dimenstions below. This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes only. Goodfellow AFB is seeking companies that can provide and install an all in one cascade system that will comply with the salient characteristics and dimenstions:

Additional install of high-pressure tubing to SCBA maintenance room must be completed. This install may cause the tubing to run through additional rooms to reach desired SCBA maintenance room. This will include approximately 130’ of high-pressure Stainless-Steel tubing with MSA connection fitting ability.





All work must be done and comply with in accordance with current NFPA, OSH standards. All equipment purchased must meet current NFPA and OSHA requirements.



This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information provided may be used by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy and performance specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.



The purpose of this sources sought is assessment of vendor interest and will aid the Government in identifying potential vendors and their business classification.



The NAICS code determined appropriate for this acquisition is 333912 – Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing. The Product Seervice Code 4310 - Compressors and Vacuum Pumps. The size standard associated with NAICS 333912 is 1,000 employees. Vendors responding to this announcement shall indicate their business size for NAICS 333912 and any socio-economic statuses. Please include your CAGE code.
