The Minnesota Department of Commerce intends to purchase annual membership in CESA – Clean Energy States Alliance. CESA is a national, nonprofit coalition of state energy agencies working together to advance clean energy technologies and bring the benefits of clean energy to all. Membership and participation in CESA afford Minnesota access to strategic partnerships and learning exchanges, technical assistance and access to projects and programming to help advance clean energy laws, goals and programming.
