RFQ#FPC-26-11 UAA ATC Oven Installation

Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM, on site, at the UAA Aviation Technology Center, 2811 Merrill Field Dr, Anchorage, AK 99501.

The work consists of: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install an oven at the Aviation Technology Center Room 203 including all electrical and mechanical modifications specified in AMC drawings dated June 3, 2026.

Specified Dates are as follows:
Pre-Bid Conference: June 11, 2026 9:00 AM
Alt. Brand Requests Due: June 11, 2026 2:00 PM
Questions Due: June 12, 2026 2:00 PM
Quotes Due: June 18, 2026 2:00 PM

Should your quote be accepted, work is to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be diligently prosecuted to completion by September 30, 2026

Quote security is required to be submitted with each quote in accordance with the Instructions.  State law requires a quote or offer to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder’s preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied.  Further instructions are contained within the Instructions section.

Payment & Performance Bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000.

Work performed in conjunction with this contract is subject the State of Alaska Prevailing Wage Determination:
