NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

COMPLEX MASTER PLAN STUDY

RFQ NO. B26-04-014

Notice is hereby given that Navajo County is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP process to

retain a CONSULTANT to provide architect design services for County Complex Master Plan.

The term of this contract will be one (1) year with the option to renew up to (4) four additional

one-year terms.

PUBLIC WORKS DR., HOLBROOK, ARIZONA 86025, OR MAY DOWNLOAD THE PACKAGE

AT: http://www.navajocountyaz.gov/Departments/Finance/Procurement.

All Statements of Qualifications for the specified service shall be received by the Navajo County

Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time

and date indicated below. Late submittals shall not be considered. The official prevailing clock

is located in the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office. Statements of Qualifications received

by the correct time and date shall be publicly recorded. Navajo County takes no responsibility

for informing recipients of changes to the original solicitation document. Failure to acknowledge

addendums with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming the Statement of

Qualifications non-responsive.

Statements of Qualification’s must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The RFQ number and

the proposers name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope.

Failure to clearly indicate RFQ number, name and address on the outside of the package or

envelope may be cause for the Statement of Qualification to be deemed invalid. All Statement

of Qualification’s must be completed in ink or typewritten. Questions must be in writing and

addressed to the contact listed below. The last day to submit questions is May 19, 2026 at

12:00 P.M. local AZ Time.
