Description
The contractor shall cut and remove all trees, brush and foliage 2 feet away from all sides of the power line. The contractor shall use a chemical spray to ensure the slow regrowth of any vegetation. Clearing distances will be a minimum of .5 miles (half mile) with a maximum of 2 miles (two miles).
