The Ferguson-Florissant School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide PLC coaching and training for district leaders and in 4 or 5 district buildings with a focus on acceleration vs. remediation. The purpose of this RFP is to align our leadership team around best practices in data cycles and acceleration while simultaneously embedding deeper coaching in our buildings with data that indicates a need.

The selected provider will support school leaders and teachers in strengthening PLC practices and utilizing an acceleration model to improve instructional decision-making and student outcomes.

All RFP packets should be submitted by 12:00 p.m on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

An email receipt will be sent when a packet is received. Any submissions received after the specified date will be excluded from consideration.
