The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West has a requirement to procure a contract for a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Ground Ambulance Services. The Contractor shall provide Health Care Personnel (HCP) of 83 FTEs: 41 FTEs Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), 41 FTEs Paramedics, and 1 FTE Senior Level Paramedics that will serve as an On-Site Program Manager Services. in support for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), and Fort Bliss Operational Area-Ranges.

in Texas. This requirement will be solicited as an 8(a) competitive procurement. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base period of twelve (12) months, 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2025, plus four (4), 12-month option years. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 621910- Ambulance with a business size standard $22.5 million.

The solicitation number is W81K00-24-R-0004. The solicitation will be available on/about 23 October 2023 at website (https://sam.gov/). Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments to any and/or all documents.
