Project Description: The City of Scottsdale is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Managers (DBM) to provide design phase and complete construction services for the CIP project - parking structure in the NE Quadrant in the Old Town area:
Stetson / 6th Avenue Parking Garage – Construct a new parking structure to span 6th Avenue connecting two city owned parcels. Garage would provide surface parking and one level up for a total approximate capacity of 144 spaces.
