Description:
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, permits, disposal, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and dispose of existing roofing material down to deck and furnish and install a GAF Timberline roof system (or equivalent). Contractor shall properly remove and legally dispose of existing solar panels and pertinent components in order to restore the main building service panel
Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
