Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for PAVEMENT SURFACING for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will include milling 2 inches of existing asphalt and repaving with 2 inches of hot mix asphalt top course, with other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
