LAARNG FY25 Youth Leadership / Camp Pelican Pride

This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The solicitation W912NR-25-Q-A015 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal.

The Louisiana Army National Guard Service Member and Family Programs Operations has a requirement for their upcoming Youth leadership and camp pelican pride event. Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is included within the solicitation document.

Submission of Quotes: Offerors shall submit a signed SF 1449(block 30, a, b, and c), completed SCHEDULE OF SERVICE/PRODUCTS(S) and PRICING on requirements set forth in the solicitation to Ms. Reva Johnson at reva.l.johnson3.mil@army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mrs. Crystal Stiles, crystal.l.stiles.civ@army.mil. The Government must have received form the offeror a fully compliant quote. The quote is compliant when it conforms to all the requirements, terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the PWS.
