The work to be done under this contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, on-call interior and exterior painting work in both school and town owned properties. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
