Nature and scope of work: Remove existing railings and angle iron on concrete edge. Repair any damaged concrete. Install new angle iron on loading dock edge. Install low railings near west stairs. Install railing with swing gate and appropriate posts at center section. Replace east wooden stairs with galvanized stairs and railings and install concrete landing pad. Replace west metal stairs
with new galvanized stairs and railings. Replace 3/8" galvanized plate in front of lift. Provide alternate pricing for painted steel materials.
