This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 75H1225Q-011KN is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for Air Charter Services for transportation of clinical, administrative, and other staff of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products.
