This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0025QA064 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117.
This solicitation is for Eight (8) Hemodialysis Units with Accessories required at The Burn Intensive Care Unit, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Period of Performance: 30 May 2025 to 29 May 2026.
