The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Regional Housing and Transportation Study. The study will assess housing affordability, accessibility, and transportation linkages in Central Massachusetts, providing policy recommendations and implementation strategies to support regional growth and mobility. The maximum project budget is $200,000.
The RFP may be obtained from CMRPC by email at (Jhollinger@cmrpc.org) on or after March 19, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 14, 2025. Submission Late submissions will not be accepted.
CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and take any action deemed in the best interest of the agency.
