Environmental Services Contract RFP

Proposals will be received until 2:00pm (local time) June 23, 2026, 2:30pm (local time) on June 16, 2026, by the Kodiak Island Borough (Borough) for Environmental Services.

All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: provide environmental services at the Kodiak Fisheries Research Center, Baler Facility, Borough Landfill, and Leachate Treatment plant.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 2, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) in person at the Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615 or via Microsoft Teams. All interested bidders are encouraged to submit a registration form prior to pre-bid conference to ensure receipt of notifications. Only registered proposers will receive a link to the Teams meeting a day prior to the pre-proposal meeting.
