The City of Torrington is accepting sealed bids from qualified licensed and insured contractors on an “as needed” basis for Electrical Services: installation, maintenance and repairs on an as needed basis in various City of Torrington facilities from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Bidders will submit a copy of their current State of Connecticut Electrician’s E-1 license with bid proposal.
